In the game code

• No table in this build produces this stone. It appears in no loot table, no recipe output, no merchant stock, no dungeon event, no expedition resolution, no crop, no research, quest or starting kit.
• The compiled game names this stone in exactly one place: a helper that answers whether an item key is a mana stone. That helper only decides whether a mana-stone bonus applies to a stack that has already dropped, and it creates nothing.
• That helper is used on the drop path: when the Rich Mana Stone environment effect is active on the region, an already-rolled mana-stone stack is raised by that effect's percentage. So a High Grade drop would be increased if one ever happened.
• The one routine that mints a mana stone out of nothing is the Mana Stone Burrow bonus on mining stone, and it mints a single Intermediate Mana Stone, never this one.
• So in this build the stone is a cost with no source: the level-up prayer consumes it, and nothing in the tables or the code hands it to you.
