The original target and every other hostile in a circle of radius 2 around the original target's position take a hit of 30 percent of the wearer's attack power. Physical attack power is used, except for a magic attack, which uses magic attack power. At most 5 units are hit.

적용 위치: Each proc is its own execution built from a self coefficient on the attack power that matches the damage type of the triggering hit. Its attack type resolves to none, so the hit check short-circuits and the proc always lands, but it still rolls its own critical and can be guarded.

툴팁이 알려주지 않는 것들

• The circle is centred on the original target's position, read from the map. If the critical hit kills the original target, the circle still forms there, the dead target is skipped, and up to 5 other enemies can be hit.
• The original target is hit first and counts toward the cap of 5. Each other unit is hit at most once, and only if it is alive and hostile to the wearer.
• If the wearer dies before a queued proc runs, that proc does nothing.

다른 효과와 상호작용하는 방식

• Sinking does nothing for Storm. The proc is a fresh execution scaled off attack power, and Sinking's bonus is scoped to the execution that produced the base hit.
