Blade Spirit
When you deal melee physical critical damage to an enemy with a skill, you restore 1 Energy.
Effects & keywords
Energy: Energy indicates how energized a unit is. When tired, units fall asleep automatically, and if energy is fully depleted, the unit becomes Severely Exhausted, falling unconscious and unresponsive. Energy depletes slowly while awake and is consumed when using skills. Let the unit sleep, lie in bed, or rest near a campfire to recover energy.
Severely Exhausted: -5 Mood-50% Strength-50% Constitution-50% Willpower-50% Intelligence-50% Agility-50% Perception+0.4 Energy Regeneration
How the math works
Each qualifying crit restores 1 Energy to this unit.
When it runs: It checks every hit this unit deals. The hit must be physical, melee and a crit, and it must come from a skill that is not a basic attack.
What it applies to: Skill hits only. Basic attacks never trigger it, even when they crit. The Sword Counter counter hit counts, because the game treats it as a hit of the Sword Counter skill.
Things the tooltip does not tell you
- There is no limit and no wait. Every qualifying crit restores Energy.
How it interacts with other effects
- Sword Counter: a counter that crits restores Energy here, like any other skill crit.
