Xenon - Meat Grub Investigation

Xenon shows little reaction when you approach, continuing to flip through his notebook. After a moment, he finally speaks.

"You're here."

He taps one of the open pages. It is packed with a sketch of an enormous insect and detailed observation notes.

"I simply cannot understand this creature. The adult grows to an enormous size, yet it cannot even move on its own. How does a creature like that sustain such a massive body?"

He tears out a note and hands it to you.

"Investigate the Meat Grub for me. I want to uncover its secret."

Resting his chin on one hand, he murmurs to himself.

"It looks like an insect that should have gone extinct long ago... What mechanism could possibly keep it alive?"

He turns his attention back to his research.
