Request to Join Perion

Perion is examining a fragment of a golem. Without pausing as you approach, he speaks.

"...Thanks to you, my research has made considerable progress."

He brushes his hair to one side, clearly dissatisfied.

"But there is still far too much we don't know about the Dungeon. Not being able to enter and see it for myself is becoming unbearable."

"An expedition... Not a bad choice if I intend to investigate the deepest reaches of the Dungeon."

After briefly reviewing the mission documents, he murmurs under his breath.

"But I still have orders to investigate the living specimens the Empire used in its research. Such work must have been forbidden even then, yet it appears they experimented on living creatures all the same..."

Still looking weary, he makes you a promise.

"Help me complete that investigation, and afterward I will join the expedition."

When you nod, Perion quietly nods in return.

"Understood."

He reorganizes the mission documents and resumes his notes.

"Come back when you find the specimen."
