Request to Join Perion

Perion is examining a fragment of a golem. Without pausing as you approach, he speaks.

"...Thanks to you, my research has made considerable progress."

He brushes his hair to one side, clearly dissatisfied.

"But there is still far too much we don't know about the Dungeon. Not being able to enter and see it for myself is becoming unbearable."

"An expedition... Not a bad choice if I am to investigate the depths of the Dungeon."

After briefly scanning the mission papers, he mutters under his breath.

"But I still have orders to investigate the biological specimens the empire used for research. It must have been forbidden even then, yet it seems they experimented on living creatures as well..."

Still looking weary, he makes you a promise.

"Find a specimen and examine it yourself. After that, I will join the expedition."

When you nod, Perion quietly nods in return.

"Understood. I've heard the Specimen is found in the deepest part of the Festering Burrow."

He straightens the mission papers and resumes his notes.

"Be careful... There is no telling what may happen."
