Devrick Pendant
ITEM_DevrickPendant Legendary Equipment Main Accessory Slot: Accessory1
A pendant imbued with the power of a Devrick.
The closer you look, the more unsettling it feels.
On equip
Devrick Pendant (While equipped): When attacking, absorbs up to 30% of damage dealt as health based on missing health. Heals from the fixed part of the hit's damage value only. Ordinary skills and basic attacks build their damage as a share of attack power (SelfCoef) with a fixed part of 0, so they heal nothing. Heals up to 30% of a hit's flat damage part near 0 HP (15% at half HP, nothing at full HP). Normal skills and basic attacks have no flat part, so they heal nothing.
