The Inspector's voice flows from the raven's beak.

"Wondering how we're still alive, are you?"

At your grumbling, the raven caws and ruffles its feathers.

"Now, now. In any case, the support you receive will improve from here on out. Of course, we'll expect results to match. And it seems the time has come for you to appoint a deputy commander. I'll send you an insignia; the appointment is yours to make."

With that, the raven spreads its black wings and vanishes beyond the sky.
