Housing Rooms
Clan · HousingRoomTableA room is recognized as the highest-priority type whose requirements it meets: required furniture (by building subtype and quality), minimum size, wall/floor average quality and total decoration quality.
How room quality works
Before a room counts as a given type, the game checks two quality gates (in-game tooltip wording; N is the per-room threshold):
- Average wall/floor Quality of the room must be N or higher
- Total decoration Quality in the room must be N or higher
Wall/floor quality is the average Quality of the wall and floor tiles enclosing the room; decoration quality is the summed Quality of every decoration placed inside it. N differs per room: the exact thresholds for each room type are the Wall/Floor Q and Deco Q columns in the table below.
